How to Enrol
Important Information Regarding Applications, Schedules and Enrolment
1. Dates and Deadlines
GIA London holds classes all year-round. There are no application deadlines. All students are enrolled on a first come first served basis. Class sizes are limited, and classes fill early. We encourage you to apply 3 to 6 months prior to your preferred start date to avoid disappointment.
You can enrol in Distance Education programs at any time. All distance Education enrolments will be handled directly by our headquarters in Carlsbad, California. Please visit GIA's main website directly to apply. Please do not send any payment to GIA London for Distance Education Courses.
2. Before You Complete an Application
Please read the appropriate Schedule and Application Form for class and programme dates, charges, duration and payment options. Be sure you understand everything completely. If you have any questions, call us on +44 (0) 20 7813 4321.
3. Application and payment options
- Apply by fax
Fax the appropriate application and all necessary documents to the GIA London campus:

Be sure to provide your credit card payment information if you are applying by fax.
- Apply by mail
Mail the appropriate application and all necessary documents to the GIA London campus. Include credit card payment information or enclose a signed check payable to GIA London or money order payable to GIA London for the amount due.
- Pay by credit card
You may charge fees to your VISA, MasterCard, Swich or Solo Cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express cards.
- Pay by check or money order
You may pay via cashier's check drawn on a U.K. bank or personal check drawn on a U.K. bank. Make checks payable to GIA London. Payments must be in pounds sterling
- Pay by bank transfer

4. Confirmation of Applications to On Campus and Extension Applicants
If you do not receive your confirmation letter within two weeks after you have sent your application and all documents and fees, please contact us on +44(0)20 7813 4321 or e-mail info@gialondon.co.uk.
5. What to expect next?
Once we have received your completed application form and all necessary documents, we will consider your application. If successful we will provide you with an enrolment agreement that you need to sign and send back to us promptly. Once we have received your signed enrolment agreement, we will send you a letter of enrolment along with an invoice and financial statement.
International students: At this stage we will be able to sponsor you should you need to obtain a student visa under Tier 4. Please note that obtaining a student visa may take some time. You should allow yourself as much time as possible to go through the visa process. Please communicate with us promptly on any visa related issues.
You must send us a copy of your visa as soon as you receive it or inform us immediately of any other issues.
