Antique Diamonds by Michael Goldstein

The seminar will focus on the market for old diamonds and how to grade and figure their sizes in mountings. Michael will bring copies of his price guide for antique diamonds and will discuss today's market in detail. Participants will have ‘hands on‘ experience of antique diamonds and are requested to bring a leveridge gauge and calculator to get the full benefits of the seminar.

Michael Goldstein has been in the trade for 30 years and is a diamond dealer in New York City specialising in antique diamonds. He services an international clientele of dealers, jewellers, appraisers and collectors. In addition he is a frequent lecturer to the jewellery trade and a contributor to industry publications. For the past 15 years he has provided a priceguide for antique diamonds which is available to all members of the jewellery industry.

As a special hands-on session, space is limited to 30. Those wishing to attend must book a place.
