Cancellation and Refund Policies

Students can cancel their enrolment at any time and their notice of cancellation must be in writing, by fax, email or mail, and delivered or mailed to the Director of GIA London, 104 Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3LA, UK.  The effective date of cancellation is the date GIA receives your official written notice of withdrawal. If a refund is due, it will be processed back to the original remitter within 30 days after GIA receives your cancellation notice. The refund will be remitted in the same manner payment was received and to the original remitter. Days are defined as calendar days.

For students receiving financial assistance or scholarships, you are also subject to the lender refund policy if you withdraw or are dismissed.
